Embarking on a journey from a constrained environment, I, a graduate in electronics and
instrumentation from Kumaraguru College of Engineering, yearned for the freedom to work
beyond the confines of my home. Motivated by the desire to achieve financial independence,
I took a bold step after completing my degree.

Fueling my passion for fashion design and embroidery, I enrolled in a 6-month course in
apparel design at Avinashilingam, Coimbatore. It was during this transformative period that I
envisioned creating a product that would not only be unique but also hold a special place in
the hearts of those who used it.

Driven by this vision, I delved into the world of raw silk bangles, combining my love for
design and embroidery to craft exquisite pieces. With the unwavering support of my mother, I
began sourcing materials and collaborating with skilled artisans, forming a small team of 5
members.

Fortune smiled upon me as I entered into marriage, blessed with a supportive husband who
became an integral part of the journey. Over the years, Valayaa evolved from a humble
beginning to a registered company, now boasting a dedicated team of 15+ artisans
(Karigars) and 10 hardworking women working in-house. Together, we strive to deliver
beautiful products and accessories for women and children worldwide.

Our journey has reached customers in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and the USA, where our
creations have found a special place in the hearts of our core clientele. At Valayaa, we
continue to weave stories through our unique and finely crafted products, leaving an
impeccable mark on the world of fashion and design.
