How to Measure:

3. Hip:

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring the tape stays level and parallel to the floor.

4. Shoulder:

Measure from the edge of one shoulder, across your back, to the same point on the opposite shoulder.

Tips for Accurate Measurements:

Keep the tape snug, not tight—you should be comfortable.
Make sure the tape stays straight and level.
If you're measuring a child, keep them standing naturally without stretching or holding their body in an unusual position.
