Fashion Competition Rules and Regulations
1. Eligibility
- Participants: The competition is open exclusively to fashion designing students and who are interested in costume designing.
- Proof of Enrollment: Participants must provide valid information of Name, contact info, Mail id and educational qualification.
2. Registration
- Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 is required to enter the competition.
- Deadline: All registrations must be completed by [AUG 30].
3. Theme and Design Requirements
- Theme: The design must adhere to the theme of "Traditional Wear with Embroidery Designs."
- Fabric: Participants must choose from the fabric options provided by the organizers.
- Embroidery: The design should prominently feature embroidery work.
4.Sourcing
- Sourcing: Participants must provide the contact details of the fabric supplier for sourcing. The cost of the fabric will be covered by the organizers upon receipt of the contact bill.
5. Making Charge
- Costs Covered: The organizers will cover all making charges. Participants are not responsible for any costs associated with the creation of their design.
6. Submission
- Design Submission: Participants must submit their completed designs by [SEP 30].
- Format: Designs should be submitted in the form of a pattern with detailed information about the designs and embroidery. Google form for submission will be provided in a community group after registering. (will be joined by the organizers)
7. Judging Criteria
- Creativity and Originality: The uniqueness and innovativeness of the design.
- Adherence to Theme: How well the design reflects the theme of traditional wear with embroidery.
- Aesthetic Appeal: Visual appeal and overall impact of the design.
- Final selection: Top 10 will be selected for the making process and will be displayed to the public on social media platforms (Instagram stories and reels). From public reaction and with our designer's opinion TOP 3 will be selected.
8. Prizes
- 1st Place: ₹10,000 cash prize and a certificate and shield.
- 2nd Place: ₹7,000 cash prize and a certificate and shield.
- 3rd Place: ₹5,000 cash prize and a certificate and shield.
9. General Rules
- Original Work: All designs must be original and created specifically for this competition.
- Intellectual Property: Participants retain the intellectual property rights to their designs. However, the organizers reserve the right to use images and descriptions of the designs for promotional purposes.
- Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during the competition.
